Election Commission reserves its order in Samajwadi party's case; EC hearing lasted for over four hours.

First Akhiesh Yadav fraction put forword there case, later EC heard Mulayam singh side.

On behalf of theUttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, supporter Ramgopal Yadav, Kiranmoy Nanda and Naresh Agarwal were present.

Whereas Kapil Sibal argued Akhilesh's case before Election Commission.

It is believed that  'cycle' symbol could be frozen before the assembly polls in Uttar Pradesh if the Election Commission is not able to decide which of the two factions commands the majority in the organization.
