(Photo: IANS) A court here on Tuesday sent Shahrukh Khan, who pointed a gun at a police head constable during the violence in northeast Delhi to policy custody.
Assistant Commisioner of Police R.K. Ohja said that Shahrukh, who was arrested from Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly earlier in the day and produced before a court here, was sent to four days police custody.
A video of Shahrukh brandishing gun at Delhi Police head constable Deepak Dahia went viral during the riots in northeast Delhi last month.
He had been missing since then and the Delhi Police had then launched a manhunt to nab him.
Police have now registered a case against Shahrukh under sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Arms Act.IANS New Delhi For Latest Updates Please-
