Indian IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad has refused meeting with Twitter.
Expressing concerns about the safety of its employees Twitter has sought a meeting with the IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad. Twitter is seeking protection from arrest.Indian government has warned that in case of non compliance of government order the Twitter will have to face 7 year jail term.
Meanwhile, IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, Minister of Railways and Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal and others have joined Koo, India's version of Twitter.
