In quite a contrast to Paoli Dam's unabashed sexuality in 'Hate Story', the sequel's lead pair -- television actors Jay Bhanushali and Surveen Chawla-seem slightly ill at ease in steamy scenes (which constitutes for only, maybe, 85 per cent of this film). Their full-blown lip-lock too comes across as awkward. But hey, as they say, never judge an erotic thriller by the kisses in its promo.
