PICS : WHO WILL REIGN IN THE CLAY COURT SEASON 2014

It is mission impossible to think that Rafael Nadal could see his clay court kingdom coming to an end. Last year the Spaniard approached his favourite part of the season with many doubts and a great number of uncertainties. After the end of the French Open, Rafa had only lost 2 matches on clay since coming back from his knee injury. The first coming in his first tournament since his comeback, in the final of Vina Del Mar. The second, coming in Monte Carlo’s final against Novak Djokovic. Two losses he soon avenged during the clay court season that led him to become the first player to ever win the same Grand Slam tournament 8 times in Paris. This year Rafael has already had an injury, at the back, and has already moved on. Looking how the Spaniard played in Miami it’s easy to predict that once Rafael will have a decent number of wins under his belt he’ll be unstoppable.
