Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the captain of Indian Cricket team, who is known for taking the team ashore even in tough situations, is finding himself in middle of controversies for some time now. Lets see when he put himself into these controversies. Firstly, In Mirpur when he shoulder-charged the debutant pacer Mustafizur Rahman rugby style, the rivalry has ceased to be subtle. Dhoni was later fined 75 percent of his match fee, while after India’s complain Rahman too was docked 50 percent of his Thursday earnings for coming into the batsman’s way. Then second time when Former East Zone selector Raja Venkat in a shocking revelation came out in public to expose one of Indian cricket’s best-kept secret. Back in 2012, MS Dhoni’s ODI captaincy would have ended had it not been for N Srinivasan and Virat Kohli would not had to wait three years to lead India. Venkat was the selector from 2008-2012.
