Thick blanket of fog in north India

Departures of several trains including Howrah Rajdhani, Bhubaneswar Rajdhani, Sealdah Rajdhani, Howrah Duronto, Patna Sampoorn Kranti Express, Mahabodhi Express and Jabalpur superfast express were rescheduled. In case the train is running more than three hours late, arrangements have been made to provide full refund to passengers who wish to cancel their tickets and want their money back.
