NCP corporator wears gold shirt

Birthday Bash: NCP corporator wears 4 kg gold shirt worth Rs 1.40 crore

Gold used in Parakh's shirt ranges between 18 and 22 carat. It took 19 workers and 55 days to get this gold shirt readied. Says the NCP leader, who also runs a garments business, "passion does not need money. It needs courage. I wear gold ornaments weighing around 2.25 kg every day."
