Why Salman wants to go to Dubai?

Salman Khan has sought permission from the courts to allow him to go to Dubai. After he got the bail from the High Court his foreign trips were banned. For any foreign trip he has to take permission. He will go to Dubai to perform in an award's function. Salman is said to live by his commitments. This was a promise he had made to the organisers. So he has to go to Dubai.
