Real reason for Gauhar and Kushal spilit

There is a news doing rounds on major news portal. The real reason for Kushal Tandon and Gauhar Khan seperation, says the report, was that Gauhar Khan wanted Kushal to change his religion. Kushal's uncle is a senior BJP leader. But other source says that it was Kushals drinking habit which lead to the split.
