Modi govt hikes LPG cylinder prices

LPG to cost Rs 10 more per month,Train fares to be increased annually

Aache din aane waale hai for Indian consumers as Government is set to give monthly hikes of Rs. 10 per cylinder of cooking gas (LPG).While the annual quota of subsidised cooking gas cylinders will be 12 a year.Narendra Modi government’s first budget is likely to bring more tears in the eyes of household women as NDA is set to reform India’s fuel pricing regime with monthly hikes of Rs. 10 per cylinder of cooking gas .Currently, a subsidised LPG cylinder costs Rs. 414 in Delhi while the market price — which consumers pay for any demand beyond the quota is Rs. 905.
