Mercury rules, monsoon weakens

Heatwave adds to miseries, weak monsoon no hope as well!

While everybody is praying for early monsoon in the wake of continued heat wave, the meteorological department does not have good news to announce. The department says India is expected to receive below normal monsoon rainfall of 93 per cent this year.
