Chhath puja begins

Chhath 2013: Nahai-Khai on Wednesday

‘Nahai-Khai’ is a symbol of purity and strict discipline. It will be followed by 'Kharna' on Thursday. Then on Friday evening and Saturday morning, the main offering, called Argya, will be given to the sun god on the river banks.
