Chandigarh gears up to celebrate as Rock Garden creator Nek Chand turns 90

The city of Chandigarh in Haryana is gearing up to celebrate as the creator of world famous Rock Garden, Nek Chand, turns 90 on Monday (Dec 15). Chandigarh administration has drawn up plans to celebrate 40th year of Rock Garden and 90th birthday of its creator.
