'Raja Natwarlal' is an upcoming Bollywood crime comedy film directed by Kunal Deshmukh and produced by Siddharth Roy Kapoor under UTV Motion Pictures. The film features Emraan Hashmi in the title role, alongside Humaima Malik, Paresh Rawal and Kay Kay Menon. Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed music for the film. The film is expected to be released on 29th August 2014. This movie was earlier tittled as 'Shatir' but later the makers of movie has decided to change its name with 'Raja Natwarlal'.
