Why did the man misbehave with Raveena

One of the organisers Neeraj Agnihotri reportedly misbehave with Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon. He had requested Raveena to let him accompany her in her car along with his kids. Raveena refused to oblige, citing security and protocol reasons. This offended him and he came on the stage in a drunken state and misbehaved with the actress. Raveena Tandon's Independence Day Celebrations finished with a "bad ending" when a drunken man climbed on stage with her and "spoilt" her whole evening.
